We're looking for a Cook to join our beautiful team at OAC Mernda.
About The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea in line with the OAC Nutrition Guide
- Adhering to all food allergies and dietary requirements
- Clearly labelling allergy variations on food service trolleys
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Managing food storage and inventory
About You
We are seeking a cook who has:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Cookery/Hospitality (preferred)
- A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Experience in an Early Childhood or Aged Care setting (preferred)
- A valid Working With Children Check
- Sound knowledge of allergy management processes
