About the role

This is a 12–24 month fixed-term position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.

You’ll lead a close-knit team of Support Coordinators, providing mentoring, coaching and day-to-day operational leadership while maintaining your own predominantly Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination caseload.

Working closely with the CEO, you’ll play an key role in strengthening our service delivery, supporting staff to thrive, and ensuring participants receive high-quality,



person-centred support.

You’ll help participants navigate complex systems, build sustainable support networks, reduce risks, coordinate services and achieve the goals that matter most to them.

About you

You’ll bring:

Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience

Strong knowledge of the NDIS, mainstream and community service systems

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Exceptional organisational and documentation skills

Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, crisis response, interagency collaboration and navigating mainstream service systems.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, Nursing (Mental Health), Human Services, Counselling, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Confidence managing complex participant situations and competing priorities

A commitment to person-centred, human rights-based practice

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check

Current First Aid Certificate

Current Australian Driver Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
