RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast seeks a skilled Front Office leader to join the Rooms Division as a Duty Manager. This role supports daily operations, supervising reception, concierge and reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to deliver seamless guest experiences.

You’ll report to the Front Office Manager, manage rosters, oversee guest inquiries and large group check-ins, and help drive service standards across the resort’s premium facilities and events.
