A leading national advisory firm is looking to appoint a Senior Consultant to join its growing Financial Services Tax practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious tax professional to accelerate their career within a highly regarded team advising many of Australia's leading financial institutions, asset managers, investment funds, insurers and fintech businesses.

Working alongside experienced leaders in the market, you'll gain exposure to technically challenging work while developing your advisory capability and building strong client relationships. The team has experienced sustained growth and offers a clear pathway towards Manager for high performers.

The Opportunity

You'll work across a broad range of Financial Services Tax matters include:

- Corporate tax advisory and compliance
- Funds management and investment structures
- Banking and capital markets
- Insurance tax
- Tax governance and regulatory developments
- International tax issues impacting financial institutions

You'll work closely with Managers and Partners on complex client engagements, taking increasing ownership of workstreams while mentoring junior team members and developing your commercial skills.

About You





We're interested in speaking with professionals who:

- Have 3-6 years' experience in Tax within a Big 4, mid-tier or specialist advisory firm - NO FS TAX EXP REQUIRED
- Have a strong technical foundation and a desire to continue developing their advisory skills
- Enjoy solving complex tax issues
- Are proactive, collaborative and client focused
- Are looking for a genuine opportunity to progress into a Manager role
