We’re looking for an experienced physiotherapist who’s interested in more than just day-to-day clinical work. Livewell Health Physio is a growing, independent clinic in Melbourne focused on Musculoskeletal and Geriatric Physiotherapy, with a strong emphasis on wellness, movement confidence, and long-term client care. As a small and developing team, we’re offering an opportunity to not only support our clients clinically but also contribute to the broader growth of our clinic — including involvement in content creation, marketing, and service development.

About the Role

This is a part-time role suited to someone with at least 5 years of private practice experience in Australia, who enjoys both hands‑on work and thinking more broadly about how a clinic can grow and evolve.

You’ll treat a mixed caseload including musculoskeletal, recreational sports, post‑operative, active aging, and falls prevention clients — and contribute to ongoing clinic projects such as wellness program planning, educational content, or digital marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

- Provide hands‑on and exercise‑based MSK, Sports and Geriatric Physiotherapy care (e.g., deep tissue, dry needling, Pilates/functional strength, falls prevention)
- Collaborate with our Yoga & Pilates Intructor on care plans
- Take ownership of client outcomes, retention and experience
- Contribute to content creation, campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Support marketing initiatives and business projects as we grow
- Participate in mentoring, team planning, and idea sessions

We’re looking for someone available to work ideally the following days:

- Monday: 8am to 2pm
- Wednesday: 10am to 7pm
- Thursday: 8am to 2pm
- Includes protected time for 1:1 mentoring and strategic input.

We’re seeking someone who enjoys being part of a small, hands‑on team and is comfortable working in both clinical and non‑clinical areas of a growing practice.

We’ll work well together if you:

- AHPRA registered, with full unrestricted registration (no interim/supervised status)
- 5+ years of private practice experience
- Have qualifications in dry needling and clinical Pilates
- Are confident working independently within a collaborative team
- Bring a calm, supportive presence to both clients and colleagues
- Are open to learning, sharing ideas, and contributing beyond the treatment room
- Hold Professional Indemnity Insurance, and relevant police checks
