As a Sales Associate at Ray White Castle Hill, you will:

- Prospect, qualify,



and nurture buyer and seller leads
- Assist with open homes, auctions, callbacks, and campaign follow-up
- Gather and analyse market intelligence
- Support the creation of marketing material and social media content
- Maintain CRM systems and manage client databases
- Assist in end-to-end listing preparation and sales processes
- Begin building your own client relationships and personal database

A Certificate of Registration or prior real estate experience is advantageous, but not essential. We strongly encourage applications from candidates with transferable skills from sales, customer service, or other performance-driven industries, or anyone with an interest in real estate.
