What We are Looking For

Must-haves:

- Cert III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent;
- Current First Aid & CPR;
- Hold NDIS Worker screening (Yellow Card) or prepared to obtain.

Nice-to-haves:

- Previous experience, 2+ years preferred;
- Aptitude to converse easily with a wide range of people;
- Caring and compassionate nature with a professional work attitude.
