We are passionate about empowering and motivating through early intervention assistance and activity participation to help parents achieve their goals for employment or education.

About you
- Solutions focussed / positive mindset
- Self-Confident and motivated
- Able to build relationships with a range of local community organisations and employers
- Resilient, empathetic & able to build trust and rapport
- Relevant tertiary qualification or Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Disability, Employment Services or similar or ability to complete
- Current driver licence
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card
- Be able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment
