What we need you to have
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the preventative and corrective maintenance of Water and Sewerage Pumps, Treatment Plants, and all associated mechanical equipment.
- Formal certification as a Fitter & Turner or Mechanical Fitter (Australian Recognised or equivalent).
- Current and valid Restricted Electrical Work License (essential for motor isolation/reconnection duties).
- White Card
- MR license (desirable)

You will be integral to maintaining the operational reliability of critical treatment plant assets, with key duties including:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and overhauling core equipment such as sewage pumps, mixers, aerators, gearboxes, and control valves.
- Executing precise alignment and installation of rotating machinery to eliminate vibration and extend asset life.
- Safely performing isolation and reconnection duties under your Restricted Electrical Work License.
- Actively engaging in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve systemic equipment failures.
