Welcome to The Fiddler Hotel, a premier hospitality venue in Sydney and the Home of Celebrations.

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team, with previous experience in a mid to large hotel and a strong understanding of relevant liquor and gaming legislation.

Bar and Restaurant Managers looking to step up are encouraged to apply.

Working closely with the General Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Providing high quality customer service to our customers
- Hands on management of day to day venue operations
- Leading our front of house team during peak trade times including Friday and Saturday nights
- Managing staff allocations and breaks to ensure optimal coverage across all service periods
- Maintaining a protected, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, including oversight of venue ambience and cleanliness
- Ensuring legislative compliance
- Daily cash and gaming reconciliation

You will have:

- Previous experience successfully managing a hospitality venue of a similar size and nature
- Detailed knowledge of Liquor and Gaming legislation




- Passion and drive to exceed customer expectations
- Strong communication skills, connecting authentically with guests and staff
- Experience working under pressure in a high pace environment
- Current RSA and RCG certifications (ARCG highly regarded) and police check
- Flexibility and availability to work across 7 days, rotating roster including weekends, late nights and public holidays
- Lead from the front, working alongside your team during peak trade and setting the standard for exceptional service
