We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead a brand-new, purpose-built early learning centre. About the Role

- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the centre.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and company policies.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of your team.
- Drive occupancy, centre performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

- A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager, or strong experience as an Assistant Centre Manager ready to step into a leadership role.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Robust knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Experience managing compliance, occupancy, team performance, and family relationships.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
