$140,000 – $160,000 per year + super + bonus

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced logistics and supply chain leader to join a well-established global organisation operating within the industrial and manufacturing sector.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior leadership role is responsible for leading logistics, warehousing, inventory and planning activities across the Australian business. Working closely with the leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, optimise end-to-end supply chain performance and ensure the business continues to deliver exceptional service to its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end logistics, warehousing, inventory and planning functions across the business.
- Develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, customer service and supply chain performance.
- Optimise inventory levels through effective planning and cross-functional collaboration, balancing service levels with working capital objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics, warehousing and supply chain processes.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Establish meaningful KPIs, reporting and performance dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and other key stakeholders to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
- Oversee freight, warehousing and supplier performance, ensuring cost-effective and reliable logistics solutions.




- Identify operational risks and implement practical solutions that strengthen supply chain resilience.
- Lead the resolution of complex operational issues while embedding sustainable process improvements across the business.

About You:

You are an experienced supply chain leader with a strong operational background and the commercial mindset to drive business performance.

You will bring:

- Proven leadership experience within Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial or distribution environment.
- Robust experience across warehousing, logistics, inventory management and supply planning.
- Demonstrated success leading operational excellence, business improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
- Experience working across end-to-end supply chain functions with the ability to balance customer service, inventory and cost outcomes.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience using data and KPIs to drive operational decisions.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft 365 applications, including Power BI, will be advantageous.
