About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful planning, delivery and commercial performance of multiple piling and foundation projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Operations and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the engineering delivery of piling and foundation projects from commencement through to completion.
- Prepare and monitor short-term construction programs and 4-week look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and productivity.
- Prepare project reporting, including monthly reports and risk & chance registers.
- Manage contract administration including variations, claims and site instructions.
- Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractor engagement and supplier management.
- Review subcontractor tenders and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Ensure project documentation is prepared and maintained, including management plans, SWMS, permits and QA documentation.
- Prepare Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality inspections and maintain accurate site records.
- Work closely with clients to maintain robust relationships and deliver exceptional outcomes.




- Mentor and support Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Graduates and Cadets.
- Drive compliance with BRC Piling's Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.

About You

You are a motivated engineering professional who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

You'll bring:

- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or related discipline).
- 5+ years ' experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer within civil construction, piling, geotechnical or foundation projects.
- Solid knowledge of contract administration and project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing project costs, reporting and programming.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- A practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
