Security Officers | Corporate & Retail | Controllers and Rovers

EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and experienced Corporate & Retail Security Officers to join our teams in Brisbane QLD. These roles, provide security services to our valued clients at premium locations and as a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in protecting the safety and assets of our customers.

What you'll be doing

Administrate security systems in terms of CCTV, Access Control and integrated Alarm platforms. (Controller)

Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security incidents or alarms (Controller)

Provide a visible security presence to deter and prevent criminal activity (Rover)

Conduct regular patrols of the premises and surrounding areas (Rover)

Assist customers and clients as required, ensuring a positive experience

Maintain detailed records and logs of security-related activities

Respond to and report on any security breaches or emergencies

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Minimum 1+ years'experience in a similar role

Security background

Knowledge of Fire Control Panel and Access Control systems

An understanding of WH&S; and the ability to identify & manage risks





Ability to work in a team environment

Vigilance, proactive and situational awareness

Intermediate level with Microsoft suite of products including outlook, word and excel desirable

Ability to be able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across various backgrounds
