We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of high-quality custom homes across South East Brisbane. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding workmanship, maintaining strong relationships with trades and clients, and taking pride in every project, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing multiple custom home builds from site commencement through to handover. You'll ensure every project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day construction of custom residential homes.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities.
- Maintain construction schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Enforce site safety and ensure compliance with WHS regulations.
- Liaise professionally with clients, trades, suppliers, and the office team.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining project momentum.
- Complete site documentation, inspections, and progress reports.
- Deliver homes that exceed client expectations.





What We're Looking For

- Previous experience supervising custom residential home builds.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and the Queensland building industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Current driver's licence.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to obtain) is highly regarded.
