About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to join our growing Sydney team.

Working within the community, you will provide high-quality clinical care and oversight to clients with complex health needs, including spinal cord injuries and other high-intensity support requirements. You will work closely with support workers, allied health professionals, families, and the broader care team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care is delivered at all times.

This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced clinical supports, including:

- Ventilator management
- Tracheostomy care
- PEG feeding and management
- Complex respiratory care
- Spinal cord injury support
- Clinical assessment and oversight of support teams





We offer a variety of consistent shifts across a 24/7 roster, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while building meaningful relationships with clients and making a genuine difference in their lives.

You will also have access to ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical support from our experienced nursing and allied health teams to help you grow and succeed in your role.

About You

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience working with individuals with complex care needs
- Previous disability or community nursing experience (highly regarded)
- Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies
- Strong manual handling skills and experience
- Experience providing personal care and clinical support
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, professional, and person-centred approach to care
