The Role

As a Parts Interpreter, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking genuine Toyota parts and accessories. You willassistcustomers, process orders, managestockand provide outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assistingretail and trade customers with parts enquiries
- Interpreting andidentifyingautomotive parts and accessories
- Processing orders and invoices accurately
- Managing customer back-orders and follow-ups
- Maintaining stock locations and inventory accuracy
- Promotingadditionalsales opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean,safeandorganisedwork setting

About You





- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- Valuable computer skills
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Queensland DriverLicence

Experience

Experience in automotive parts interpretation is preferred but not essential. We are willing to train the right person.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Every 3rd Saturday rostered
