Senior Building Designer position working with architects and the Developer

Our client is a high performing company in the residential Developer / Builder sector, developing quality functional residential communities across South East QLD.

About the Position

Due to growth an exciting opportunity exists for a Construction Operations Manager to join the team in a key role! Responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate with Development team on residential house projects
- Review contracts, working drawings and variations
- Manage the construction delivery from start to finish
- Monitor construction progress, workmanship and quality throughout the build
- Track milestones and report on these to senior management
- Maintain strong relationships with builder partners and developers





Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in the residential construction industry

Strong understanding of the residential build process for current homes - start to finish

Experience in a Project Management, Construction Manager or Operations Manager role highly regarded

Trade or Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
