You will have responsibility for servicing and growing an existing portfolio. This role offers daily variety and you will be working on renewals, quotations, endorsements and cancellations for an SME/Commercial portfolio which covers Business and Office Packages, ISR, Fleet Motor, Liability, Professional Indemnity etc.
The Team, and all in the office, have a collegiate approach and mentoring is also available to ensure your career advancement.
You need to demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for broking, customer and client interaction,
along with an ability to administer and facilitate insurance business.
It is essential that you are Tier 1 [Broking] qualified.

Main responsibilities include:
- Proactively manage client relationships and identify their requirements
- Design optimal insurance solutions and seek competitive quotations with appropriate coverage
- Work on renewals, quotations, endorsements and cancellations for a varied portfolio of SME /Mid-Market clients;
- Prepare detailed and professional submissions for clients; new business and renewals
- Timely and accurate production/processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, certificates of currency and all other documentation
- Maintain sound relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders
You must be able to demonstrate:
- ESSENTIAL: Tier 1 [Broking]
- 3 - 6 years broking experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products is essential
- Motivated / Team Player
- Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional level of client service
- Professional presentation
