Electrical Supervisor - Maintenance
Location: Ryde, NSW

This is a hands-on role suited to electricians who enjoy variety, responsibility, and working across challenging, real-world projects.
About the Role
You will be involved in a wide range of electrical works including:
- Electrical maintenance, fault finding and breakdowns
- Installation of electrical cabling, lighting, power and switchboards
- Finding breakdowns, managing clients
Work will be primarily based in the Ryde area.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installations, maintenance and repairs to a high standard
- Fault finding and troubleshooting across lighting, power and control equipment
- Preventative and corrective maintenance
- Ensure all works comply with safety standards, regulations and site requirements
- Liaise with supervisors, clients and other trades as required
- Maintain accurate records and job documentation
- Contribute positively to a strong safety and team culture
Skills & Experience
- Background in maintenance electrical works (essential)
- Maintenance and fault-finding experience highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional attitude with good communication skills
Requirements
- Valid Australian Electrical License (NSW)
- Construction Induction White Card
- Current Driver’s License
- HRWL – EWP over 11m (WP) preferred
