Construction Project Manager and Claims Management for high volume residential projects

Our client has been established over 30 years,is a diversified business and has a strong focus in development and building delivering residential projects across medium density and detached housing.

About the Position:

On offer is a Construction Project and Claims Management position to support the busy construction team and lead the scheduling department. Responsibilities will include:

Forecast weekly claims management with optimising trade schedules

Manage daily and weekly claim review and processing

Oversee weekly trade schedules and regularly review trade forecasting

Maintain subcontractor database and manage WHS inductions

Provide exceptional leadership to the Scheduling team

Track trade performance and provide reporting

Present trade updates to the Executive Team during monthly meetings.

Assist with updates on building programs through scheduling software

Skills and Experience

- 5 - 10 years minimum experience within the residential or commercial building industry

- Experience in a Building Manager, Construction Manager or Project Manager position

- A strong knowledge of the residential build process and of volume home construction

- Solid commercial acumen

- Experience with high volume claims management and scheduling

- Exceptional management and leadership skills
