About the Role

As a Scrub Scout RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care while supporting a range of Orthopaedic procedures. You'll work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Need

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recent Scrub Scout experience within Orthopaedic theatres
- Sound knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced theatre setting
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centred care

Desirable

- Experience across additional surgical specialties
- Postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards)
- Current ALS certification
