EMCON is seeking an experiencedClass 2 residential Site Managerto oversee the successful delivery of our luxury four story mutli-residential project onMaroubra Beach, NSW with a value of $10m.

The project is currently just over half way, you would be coming in at the start of the tiling and joinery installation.

This project is set to be completed at the end of this year, the next project is on the same street but valued at $18m, it's consists of 10 luxury units.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinating and supervising all in office construction activities, including managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules and safety protocols
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Overseeing the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment and materials.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations and Australian standards
- Fostering a positive, collaborative working environment and promoting a strong safety culture on-site
- Providing hands‑on leadership and mentoring to the construction team.

What we're looking for





- Minimum5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreperson in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully deliveringhigh endmulti-residential projects.
- Ideally worked for a Tier 2 or Tier 1 builder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with subcontractors and the project team.
- In‑depth knowledge of construction practices, regulations and safety requirements.
- Confident at using Blubeam or similar programme and ideally has experience with PROCORE.
- Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction.
