Psychologist – Community NDIS Work | 2–3 Days/Week | Sydney
Why this role:
- $120k–$145k FTE at 15–18 sessions/week (~$72–87k at 3 days) — sessions and travel both billable
- Income guaranteed for your first 3 months while your caseload builds
- 3–4 clients a day, not 8 — you choose your days
- Referrals supplied from our own marketing, booked into your calendar
- All admin done for you — intake, invoicing, NDIS claiming, payment chasing
- Clinical supervision included at no cost
The work
Therapy, assessments and functional reports with NDIS participants across the lifespan. Mostly home visits, school visits and telehealth, with our George St clinic available when it suits. Contractor engagement, paid per hour delivered.
Recent to NDIS? We'll get you across the reporting side properly — templates, frameworks,
and someone reviewing your early reports rather than leaving you to guess.
Start small, scale when ready
Most of our practitioners started at 2–3 days alongside an existing role and grew from there. Full-time is there when you want it — or stay at 3 days if the maths works for you.
You’ll need
- Full general AHPRA registration (not suitable for provisional psychologists)
- Confidence working independently in community settings
