About the Role

We are looking for experienced Bartender to join the team, with a passion for shaking cocktails and love of delivering service with flair and personality is a must. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and takes pride in their mixology skills, product knowledge, and ability to engage with a diverse clientele.

Skills & Experience

- 1 - 2 years of experience working in a similar restaurant, hotel or bar environment.
- Experience making cocktails with a good knowledge of all thing's beverage related from the classics to more complex and sophisticated.
- Personable,



enjoy working in a busy environment and engaging with guests.
- Good communication, a team player and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and the ability to multi-task and anticipate the guests needs.
- Enjoy working in a hotel environment and have flexibility to support different outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain personal grooming and uphold a clean, safe, and well-stocked work environment in line with hotel standards.
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while adhering to all operational, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Demonstrate robust product knowledge and comply with all preparation and dispensing standards.
- Complete all opening, closing, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in all required training sessions to continuously improve service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
