ISO Skin Clinic is seeking a qualified and motivated Dermal Clinician to join our doctor-led clinic in Upper Mount Gravatt.

This is a casual role working approximately two days per week, with an immediate start available. We welcome both experienced Dermal Clinicians and enthusiastic new graduates who are keen to develop their clinical skills in a supportive and professional environment.

This position is specifically for a Dermal Clinician with a recognised dermal science or aesthetics degree. Applicants holding only beauty therapy qualifications will not be suitable for this role.

The successful applicant will conduct consultations, develop treatment plans and perform advanced dermal, laser and energy-based treatments.

You must also be comfortable appearing in and helping create social media content for @dr.tinafang and @isoskinclinic. This may include educational videos, treatment demonstrations, patient journeys and general clinic content. You do not need professional filming experience, but you must be confident speaking and appearing on camera.

What you’ll be doing

- Conducting comprehensive skin consultations and assessments
- Identifying patient concerns and developing personalised treatment plans
- Performing laser treatments
- Performing IPL treatments
- Performing chemical peels
- Performing microneedling treatments
- Performing hydrodermabrasion treatments
- Performing Ultraformer treatments
- Performing LED and other dermal treatments offered by the clinic
- Providing clear pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
- Educating patients about skincare, treatment options and expected outcomes
- Recommending appropriate skincare products and treatment programs
- Taking consistent, high-quality clinical photographs
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Following clinic protocols, treatment parameters and safety procedures
- Maintaining high standards of infection control, hygiene and laser safety
- Following up with patients throughout their treatment journey
- Creating and appearing in social media content
- Maintaining clean, organised and well-stocked treatment rooms
- Working collaboratively with doctors, nurses and the wider clinic team

What we’re looking for

- Completed or currently completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Aesthetics) or an equivalent recognised dermal science qualification
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Current or eligible membership with the Australasian Society of Dermal Clinicians
- HLTINF005 – Maintain Infection Prevention for Skin Penetration Treatments, or a confirmed expected completion date




- Current Queensland laser licence or eligibility to obtain the required licence
- Solid knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology and common skin conditions
- Understanding of evidence-based dermal treatments and treatment planning
- Confidence performing treatments within your qualifications, training and clinic protocols
- Excellent consultation, communication and patient-care skills
- Professional presentation and a warm, approachable manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to patient safety, documentation and infection control
- Confidence speaking and appearing on camera
- Genuine interest in skincare education and social media content creation
- Willingness to receive feedback and participate in ongoing training
- Reliable availability for approximately two days per week

Previous experience in a dermal, cosmetic, laser or medical clinic is desirable but not essential.
