We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in Cronulla Pines.

We are looking for staff who can work day and night. It is imperative that the candidate must be able to work night shift.

Full Time/ Part Time/ Casual positions available .

The role:

The role will see you lead PCWs during your shift. Responding to wounds, falls, medication are all in a day's work for a registered nurse in Aged Care. Pathways is proud to say that we have above industry staffing ratios.

About you:

We are after registered nurses who are passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians

Experience in aged care required

Minimum 1-2 years of aged care/geriatrics experience is required

Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control,



Compliant Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards

Training will be provided for accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliant Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards

Able to manage a small team of PCWs, be computer literate, have sound verbal and written communication abilities

Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role:

Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registration

Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
