About the Role
As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you’ll learn all aspects of Automotive Glazing through O’Brien®’s industry‑leading training program. You’ll gain your Certificate III in Automotive Glazing while working with experienced technicians who will support you every step of the way.
You’ll be trained to:
- Repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
- Perform ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations
- Complete glass chip repairs
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service
- Represent the O’Brien® brand with reliability and pride

- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools

- Ability to stay focused and deliver results under pressure
- Experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded)
- Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded)
