No two days are the same—you'll learn every stage of the manufacturing process while working with a supportive team that takes pride in quality.
About the Role
You'll be involved in a variety of production activities including:
- Preparing and weighing ingredients to recipe specifications
- Operating pasteurisers and ice cream manufacturing equipment
- Producing premium ice cream products to strict quality standards
- Completing production and quality documentation
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment in line with food safety requirements
- Packing finished products and assisting with warehouse duties
- Following HACCP, GMP and workplace safety procedures at all times
This is a permanent full-time position working 8-hour shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available during busy periods.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous food manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Understands the importance of food safety and hygiene
- Takes pride in producing quality products
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Works well both independently and within a team
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is reliable, punctual and safety focused
- Has reliable transport
Experience with HACCP, GMP or food manufacturing processes will be highly regarded.
