NSW Government is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to enhance capability across the department. The role is Parramatta-based with work-from-home flexibility and will support a key Government project on a 6-month contract.
You will partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability needs, design and facilitate learning programs, conduct needs analysis, and evaluate initiatives to drive digital learning and a robust learning culture aligned to priorities.
