We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator to join the IntoWork Group in Eagle Farm or Milton QLD. This role is ideal for a highly organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating operational activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of a diverse national vehicle fleet.

About the role
Reporting to the Group Fleet Manager, the Fleet Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration and coordination of fleet operations across the IntoWork Group. You will be responsible for ensuring fleet activities are managed efficiently, maintaining accurate vehicle and driver records, coordinating suppliers and service providers,
and supporting compliance and reporting requirements.
This role is well suited to a proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple priorities, solving problems, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
As the Fleet Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate vehicle allocations, transfers, deliveries, disposals and other fleet movements.
- Manage fleet requests through the fleet service management system and ensure timely resolution of enquiries.
- Maintain accurate vehicle, driver and fleet records across relevant systems and databases.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, tyres and supplier requirements.
- Monitor registrations, insurance requirements and fleet compliance obligations.
- Administer fuel cards, toll accounts and other vehicle-related services.
- Coordinate traffic infringements, toll notices and driver-related fleet matters.
- Assist with accident management, insurance claims and repair processes.
- Support vehicle acquisition, replacement and lease administration activities.
- Coordinate vehicle branding, fit-outs and accessory installations
- Assist with fleet reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with suppliers,
fleet management organisations and internal stakeholders to deliver a high level of customer service.
About you
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented skilled with the following background and attributes:
- Experience in fleet coordination, fleet administration, logistics, asset management or a similar role.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities with professionalism and confidence.
A qualification in Fleet Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
Requirements
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. The successful applicant will be required to hold or obtain:
- Current National Police Check.
- Current Working with Children Check (Employment).
- Current Driver's Licence.
