THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Campaigns & Delivery Lead to join our growing marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader, you'll play a key role in bringing our marketing strategy to life by coordinating the delivery of campaigns, projects and marketing initiatives across the business.

Working closely with the broader marketing team, sales stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers, you'll ensure campaigns are well organised, delivered on time and executed to the high standard our customers have come to expect from the Norweld brand. Your responsibilities will include:





- Coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions and events
- Manage campaign schedules, marketing calendars and project timelines
- Coordinate campaign activities across internal teams, external agencies and suppliers
- Monitor campaign progress, manage priorities and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Coordinate marketing assets, approvals and campaign deliverables across digital, website, social media, email, print and events
- Prepare campaign reporting and assist with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support the Marketing Team Leader with marketing operations, administration and project coordination

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a marketing campaign, project coordination or marketing operations role
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with marketing agencies, suppliers and cross-functional teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using project management, CRM, email marketing or content management platforms (experience with Adobe or Canva is advantageous)
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field will be highly regarded
- Experience within manufacturing, automotive, retail or a multi-site environment is desirable but not essential
- Passion for the outdoors, off-roading and camping is a plus!
