At Sydney BMW and Sydney MINI Garage, every car we hand over is someone's next chapter. We're looking for a Used Car Delivery Coordinator who takes pride in getting that moment right every time.

What you'll do

- Manage the logistics of receiving and moving used BMWs and MINIs from transport into the dealership
- Complete pre-delivery inspections to make sure every vehicle is guest-ready, on time
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, including coordinating reconditioning work and body repairs
- Work closely with our sales and delivery team to align vehicle readiness with each guest's delivery time
- Flag and resolve any issues early, so nothing gets in the way of a smooth handover

What you'll bring





- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Titan DMS experience a plus
- Clear, proactive communication
- A valid driver's licence
- Experience in a similar role is desirable, but a genuine care for getting details right matters more
