Our client is a well-regarded tier 2 builder/developer with close to 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality residential projects across Sydney. With a solid and growing pipeline, they are recognised for their focus on well-executed apartment developments in sought-after locations.

They are currently seeking a Finishes Foreman to join the team on major projects across North and Northwest Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up with a builder that offers genuine progression, a strong support structure, and the chance to work on impressive residential developments.

About the role:

As a Finishes Foreman for the business, you will be responsible for hitting program milestones, quality of the finishes, coordinating the trades as well as safety on a major commercial project worth $200M.

You will play an active role in weekly site meetings and communicate with the client as necessary.



The site itself is to be well presented at all times.

Your Background:

- Experience as foreman managing commercial finishes
- 3+ years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively &drive; program

- Up to $190k package depending on experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and construction managers
