Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, induct, train and mentor team members, including shift runners, in-store crew and delivery drivers, and oversee rostering, shift supervision and individual performance across all trading hours.
- Serve customers in store, over the phone and through online ordering channels, guiding them through the menu, recommending products, meal deals and options to suit their needs, and resolving enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee food preparation and order flow during peak periods so that product quality, order accuracy and delivery and pick-up times consistently meet Domino's standards.
- Shape the store's product range and menu focus around national campaigns and local customer demand, set appropriate stock holding levels for ingredients, beverages and packaging, and define the service standards the team delivers on every shift.
- Prepare and manage the store budget, setting sales targets, keeping labour and food costs within plan and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by upholding workplace health and safety obligations and food safety and hygiene standards across the kitchen, front counter and delivery operations.
- Develop and implement the store's purchasing and promotional policies, manage supplier ordering,



and set and adjust pricing on menu items, deals and offers within franchise guidelines.
- Promote the store and its menu to grow order volumes and brand presence in the Woodford area, executing national marketing campaigns and building local initiatives such as school and sporting club partnerships, community sponsorships and social media engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, daily takings, banking and other financial transactions, completing wastage logs, reconciliations and end-of-day reporting through the store's point-of-sale systems.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and store security, and keep equipment well maintained with any faults addressed promptly.
- Monitor sales results, service times and customer feedback, using store reports to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Work closely with the franchise owner and the wider Domino's network on new product launches, technology updates and store initiatives.

Skills and Experience

- A qualification at AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma level; a business, management, retail or hospitality discipline will be highly regarded.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within retail, hospitality or quick service restaurants.

What We Offer

- A full-time position of 38 hours per week.
- A salary of $75,000 to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
