GenTech Seeds is seeking a Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join the Toowoomba team. You will manage complex enquiries, oversee order processing and stock inquiries, and support the in-field sales team with day-to-day guidance.
You’ll work as a senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, contributing to process improvements and providing coverage for the Customer Service Leader during peak periods or leave. Experience in Dynamics 365 and stock systems is advantageous.
