Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and stock control processes across the store;
- Oversee stock replenishment, ordering, invoicing, and stockfile integrity;
- Coordinate promotional stock activity, pricing, and ticketing requirements;
- Implement planograms and maintain merchandising standards throughout the store;
- Manage out-of-date and clearance stock processes in line with company procedures;
- Conduct rolling and annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy;
- Work collaboratively with the Retail Manager and wider team to achieve store goals;
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support customers with front-of-shop enquiries; and
Skills and Experience:
- Previous inventory or stock control experience is highly regarded;
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems;
- S2/S3 or Certificate III in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
