Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership

Project Management

- Manage multiple commercial interior design projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.

Client Engagement

- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and workplace objectives.
- Present design concepts, materials, and solutions with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership

- Mentor and support junior designers, encouraging collaboration and professional development.




- Provide design direction, constructive feedback, and technical guidance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Research & Innovation

- Stay informed on emerging design trends, workplace strategies, materials, and technologies.
- Apply industry knowledge to create innovative and practical workplace solutions.
- Contribute ideas that enhance design capability and overall business performance.

Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior design, workplace planning, and fit-out projects.
- Understanding of Australian building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with workplace strategy principles is highly regarded.

- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
