Play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional guest experience across the dining venue. The role involves crafting a warm, inviting atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring an elevated, memorable experience at every touchpoint.

In this role, you will:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive and personalised first impression.
- Providing prompt and efficient services to hotel guests and the local customers




- Coordinate with the Breakfast managers to optimise table allocation, seating arrangements, and confirm reservations.
- Maintain and manage wait lists during peak hours, providing accurate wait times to guests.
- Ensure the entrance area and host station are clean, organised and presentable at all times.

ABOUT YOU:

- Minimum 1 years hospitality experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, pre-opening environment, adapting to evolving needs and challenges.
- Experience with POS and reservation systems such as SevenRooms and Micros Simphony is highly advantageous.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willing to obtain one.
