The position is very hands on and quite varied - we are a small team and our Bar staff at all levels are involved with all aspects of running a hospitality venue. Depending on your availability you may be: working the bar in one of our two upstairs bars including making Cocktails in our Sports Bar (which is open 7 days and late on Wed-Sat nights and has TAB,
Keno and Gaming Machines); making Cappucinos in our Halfway Bar/Cafe (which is open during daylight hours catering to our golfers); setting up and doing food drop for a function; selling drinks on the golf course; assisting with stocktakes; accepting deliveries; changing kegs, re-stocking fridges, collecting glasses; counting cash at start or end of day... the list goes on! It goes without saying that candidates must be willing to do what is required: if you are looking for a role where you do nothing except pulling beers, this is not the job for you!

Must Have:
- Regular availability of at least 20 hours per week including Saturdays;
- Current NSW RSA/RSG Certificates. Those with ARCG will have preference;
- Permanent residency;
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in hospitality
- A positive attitude and a robust work ethic;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Self-motivated, cheerful and have a friendly disposition;
- The ability to problem solve on the go;
- Experienced general bar service skills;
- An eye for cleanliness and details; and
- Professional presentation, with good grooming and hygiene.
