The Role

- Managing your own residential portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections




- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Arrears management
- Delivering exceptional customer service

What You'll Need

- Previous Property Management experience
- ACT Certificate of Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Current driver's licence
- Sound knowledge of Residential Tenancies legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude
