Square Joinery is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our cabinetry team at our Fairfield facility on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on operating two Biesse flatbed CNC routers to deliver high-precision kitchen and architectural joinery components, with a robust emphasis on accuracy, communication, and autonomy.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience as a CNC operator in a factory setting, reads Biesse files, and can contribute to on-time, on-budget
