Your role

Manages a team providing corporate service functions and administrative support to various teams within Portfolio Asset Management. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of processes and associated documentation, ensuring all functions delivered are professional and standardised acrossteams.The role is the contact point for human resource matters

What you’ll do

- Manage administrative processes, staff and resources to ensure professional,efficientand cost-effective functions are standardised acrossPAM.
- Lead, manage and monitor the implementation of essential administrative procedures and practices acrossPAMto ensure best practice in the areas of human resources, finance,fleet, travel,and officeaccommodation.
- Identify,implementandmonitorcompliance of systems reporting, finance requirements andtimeframes,and influence conformity, includingin relation todelegations, purchaseordersand invoice processingto ensure compliance of PAM’s day-to-day administrative and related operations with corporate administrative policies and procedures.
- Providetimely, high-level advice to managers and staff acrossPAMon all aspects of corporate service activities, relevant policies, operatingpracticesand governing legislation.
- Lead and manage direct reports includingallocatingwork, appraisingperformanceandfacilitatingtheir ongoing professional development.




- Ensuresappropriateandtimelyresponse to enquiries or complaints from tenants, Department of Community services, program teams, counterparts, tenant bodies, councils, privateownersand other statutory authorities.

What we’re looking for

- Demonstrated experience in managing a team to deliver positive outcomes and results.
- Experience in developing and implementing complex office systems as well as experience in influencing changed organisational behaviour together with change management.
- Experience infinancial managementand reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial and accounting information management systems and financial controls.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge,skillsand experience withdemonstratedcommitment to ongoing professional development.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
