As we continue to evolve our workforce and organisational capability, we're looking for an experienced Organisational Development & Inclusion Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, employee experience, organisational effectiveness and inclusion.
This is a rare opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence strategic workforce decisions and help shape a values-led culture in a purpose-driven organisation.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Capability, you will lead the design and delivery of key organisational development and inclusion strategies that support VicTrack's People Strategy and future workforce needs.
Working as part of a small specialist team, you will work across the organisation to deliver initiatives that enhance leadership capability, strengthen culture and engagement, embed inclusion and belonging, and support organisational transformation.
This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide organisational development initiatives aligned to VicTrack's strategic priorities
- Drive the implementation and embedding of a refreshed VicTrack's Leadership Capability Framework
- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen organisational effectiveness, workforce capability and performance
- Lead the ongoing delivery of VicTrack's Gender Equality Action Plan
- Co-lead employee listening,
engagement and culture programs, including the annual People Matter Survey
- Translate workforce and engagement data into meaningful insights and recommendations for executive leaders
- Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs and talent initiatives
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee experience across key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle
- Develop strong partnerships across the business and with external providers to deliver high-quality outcomes
About You
Qualifications & Experience:
You are a strategic OD and inclusion professional who is equally comfortable influencing executives, designing innovative initiatives, analysing workforce insights and leading organisation-wide programs.
- Significant experience in organisational development, culture, capability, and inclusion roles
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing people strategies and enterprise-wide OD strategies
- Strong experience leading diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, including legislative and reporting requirements such as Gender Equality Action Plans
- Expertise in leadership capability development and culture transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into action
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
- Experience leading strategic projects and managing competing priorities
- Experience coaching and developing team members
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related discipline
Professional membership with AHRI and experience with Human Synergistics tools will be highly regarded.
