As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Project Manager BASED in BUNDABERG who enjoys ownership, structure, and being part of a collaborative leadership team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial construction projects from contract award through to completion.

You’ll work closely with site teams, consultants, and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

- Manage projects from commencement to completion

- Coordinate site teams, consultants, and subcontractors

- Ensure quality, safety, and programme objectives are achieved

Programme & Planning

- Review and manage construction programmes

- Monitor progress and identify potential risks or delays





- Work with the team to resolve sequencing or methodology challenges

Commercial Management

- Oversee progress claims, variations, and cost reporting

- Maintain awareness of project financial performance

- Assist with contract administration and reporting requirements

Communication & Leadership

- Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders

- Work collaboratively with internal teams and senior management

- Contribute positively to a high-performing team environment

Systems & Compliance

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation

- Follow company systems, processes, and ISO requirements

- Support continuous improvement across project delivery

About You

- Must be Bundaberg based or surrounds

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

- Strong organisational and planning skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving

- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)

- Experience delivering commercial projects (value dependent on experience)

- Robust understanding of construction processes and sequencing
