The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation while remaining actively involved on the warehouse floor. As the Queensland business continues to grow, you'll also play an important role in improving warehouse processes,



optimising layouts and supporting future operational expansion.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and inspiring a team of 4-5 warehouse operators.
- Coordinating daily inbound, outbound, replenishment and inventory activities.
- Remaining hands‑on within warehouse operations, including forklift operation as required.
- Maintaining exceptional safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse layout, workflows and operational efficiency.
- Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be an experienced warehouse team leader, supervisor or manager who enjoys balancing people leadership with hands‑on operational involvement.

The successful candidate will bring:

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- High Reach forklift experience (highly regarded)
- Strong experience across receiving, dispatch, inventory control and warehouse operations
- Experience using RF scanning and Warehouse Management Systems
- Exposure to warehouse redesigns, layout optimisation or operational improvement projects (beneficial)
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety, quality and customer service
