The Role:
Due to the construction workflow within LGA's - Tweed Shire Council and Gold Coast City we are actively seeking both a Building Certifier (Level 3)to join our client's team.
About You & Your Responsibilities
- Robust understandingof building codes & standards
- National Construction Code & BCA
- Self-managed to deliveroutcomesto optimum timelines
- Proactive nature offering suggestions for continuous business improvement
- Strong desire to work with a focused and collaborative team
- Ensuring work aligns with the NCC and Australian Standards
- Collaborative liaison within office, with builders and contractors onsite
- Must hold all qualifications, licences & association memberships relevant to role you apply
- Car allowance and fuel card
- Mobile phone and laptop
- Rostered Day Off (RDO) arrangement - 9 day fortnight
