- You have previous experience working on Dental Reception / Front Desk!
- Proactive, motivated to learn, and work well as part of a wider team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a genuine passion for exceptional patient care
- Available to work 4 days per week
About the Role:
- Warmly greet patients and provide excellent patient experiences
- Multi-task scheduling appointments, patient check-ins, emails, and billing and contract support
- Proactively assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required
- Work well as part of our quick-paced team and help others
- Use clear, professional communication skills to answer patient enquiries
