We're looking for a passionate, reliable, and experienced Full-Time Café Manager / Barista All‑Rounder to join our friendly team.
About the Role:
- Manage the daily operations of the café
- Prepare high‑quality coffee and beverages
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Lead and support the café team
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Manage stock, ordering, and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assist with all aspects of café operations when needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous café management experience preferred
- Solid barista skills and coffee knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable and available to work weekends
