Our mobile-firstmodel addresses oneof Australia's largesthealthcare challenges—delayedaccess to cardiacdiagnostics. By bringingspecialistcardiovascular servicesdirectly to patients, we facilitate earlierdiagnosis, faster treatmentpathways and improvedhealth outcomes.
Our servicesare Medicare-aligned, bulk billed whereeligible, and supportedby experienced reportingcardiologists and ahighly structured clinicaloperations team.

About the Role
As a NursePractitioner, youwill play akey role indelivering preventativecardiovascular healthcareacross a varietyof community settings.
Working autonomously,while supported byour cardiologists andexperienced clinical andoperations teams,
youwill conduct comprehensivecardiovascular assessments, identify patients atrisk and facilitatetimely referral pathwayswhere required.
You'll workwithin:
- GP Clinics
- Specialist Medical Centres
- Aged Care Facilities
- Community Healthcare Services
- LargeCorporate Health ScreeningPrograms
You'll have ongoingclinical support fromexperienced cardiologistsand a collaborativemultidisciplinary teamwho are alwaysavailable when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced clinicalassessments and examinations
- Interpret diagnostic findingsand develop evidence-based management planswithin yourscope of practice
- Collaborate closely withGPs, cardiologists and alliedhealth professionals
- Assist with thecoordination of patientcare and specialistreferrals
- Support the deliveryof cardiac diagnosticservices within themobile clinic setting
- Maintainaccurate clinical documentationand patient records
- Represent The HeartScreenprofessionally across allcommunity healthcare settings

We're looking for an experienced NursePractitioner who enjoys working independently while being part of a highly supportive clinical team.
You are passionate about preventativehealthcare, confident in autonomous clinical decision-making, and committed to improving accessto cardiovascular careacross Australia.
You are approachable, compassionate, adaptableand excited to be part of an organisation making a genuine differenceevery day.
- Endorsed Nurse Practitionerregistration with AHPRA
- Minimum 3 years' experience practisingas a NursePractitioner (or significantadvanced practiceexperience)
- Experience in cardiovascular,
chronic disease, emergency, primary care oracute care settings
- Excellentclinical assessment anddiagnostic skills
- Strong understanding ofcardiovascular diseaseprevention and management
- Ability to workindependently across diversehealthcare environments
- Excellent communicationand patient educationskills
- Friendly, approachable andpatient-focused
- Current Australian Driver'sLicence
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Australian work rightsat the timeof application
- Willingness to travel(paid travel provided) to regional andinterstate sites whenrequired
Highly Regarded
- Experience in preventativehealth or cardiovascularcare
- Experience working inmobile, outreach orregional healthcare
- Experience within generalpractice or communityhealthcare
- Interest in innovativemodels of healthcaredelivery
